Our Environment

Located at CocoaPlex Center in Hershey, CocoaPlex Cinema features seven theaters, stadium seating and digital sound in a state-of-the-art environment. Our specially designed theaters and movie screens create an intimate movie viewing experience, and our child booster seats ensure that the whole family will enjoy the show!

To enhance your visit to CocoaPlex Cinema, enjoy dinner JoJo's Pizza or CocoaPerk Coffee House & Cafe, all of which are also located in CocoaPlex Center.

Cocoaplex Policies and Procedures

In order to serve you better, CocoaPlex Cinema offers two day advanced ticket sales for all shows. Feel free to purchase your movie tickets up to two days in advance from our boxoffice during normal operational hours. Sorry, tickets cannot be reserved by phone or internet.

Our concession stand offers a variety of fresh snacks and beverages including coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea. Be sure to ask our concessionist for the flavored coffee of the day.

Due to providing an extensive menu, no outside food or beverage will be permitted into the theater.

We will gladly take credit cards for your payment. Credit card purchases must be in the amount of $10 or more. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa or Mastercard.

Ticket purchases, missing a collection stub, will not be refunded 1/2hr after the feature presentation starts.

CocoaPlex Cinema 7 is an independently owned and operated theater. Passes, gift certificates and discount tickets, must contain the CocoaPlex Cinema logo in order to be redeemed at our facility.
