Party Room

What a great idea to host your next birthday party, retirement party, or bridal/baby shower! The Party Room is also available to rent for meetings.

We have an occupancy level of up to 20 people.

Party Room is billed @ $12.50 for every 15 minutes of use.
Minimum rental of one hour is required.

The first 15 minutes are FREE!

A Security Deposit of $100 is required for all rentals
.
Security Deposit (cash or money order only) are to be received 24hrs prior to rental date.

Security Deposits will be returned to patrons whom leave the room in excellent and clean condition, & are cashed out with a manager prior to leaving.

Party Room rentals will be rung in by the manager on duty after the room is checked for cleanliness/damages. Patrons, whom leave the facility without being cashed out for room usage, will lose their security deposit as payment for the room rental.

**Please note that room rentals are rung up for every 15 minutes of use**

$3 Pitchers of soda available for all party room rentals.

Party Room Amenities:
-Plastic silverware
-Plastic drinking cups
-Ice Cream Scoop, Cake Server, Can Opener (please turn in to the concessionist to be washed and sanitized after use)
-Tape dispenser and scissors
-Paper Towels, Napkins, Straws

Rentals require a minimum two (2) day advanced booking with the manager on duty.
It is the responsibility of the renting party to provide any decorations and catering options that you would prefer.
Please be advised that leftover catering items will not be permitted into movie auditoriums;
however, our management staff will be more than happy to hold your items in our kitchen, stockroom, or freezer.

Gift Admission Ticket
Gift admission tickets may be purchased individually for $7 each. These tickets are valid for one admission when redeemed at the boxoffice for a movie ticket. Gift tickets do not expire and are redeemable for restricted films. The only exclusion for gift tickets on redemption are 12am (Midnight) shows. Gift tickets are not redeemable for cash, or have any cash value.

Group Discounts

We offer Reduced Admission Tickets to businesses and organizations. They may be purchased in packets of 25 or more for $6.25 per ticket. Buying RATs can become a part of your company's marketing program, if you use them as customer incentives or thank-yous, include them with your direct mail promotions,etc. They can also be used as employee incentive awards or gifts throughout the year.
There is a 25 ticket minimum and a $5 shipping and handling fee for discount tickets that are required to be mailed out by the management.
(Some restrictions on redemption may apply).

Theater Rentals:
Auditoriums are available for rentals in two different ways:
1.) For meetings or gatherings where the auditorium is utilized without seeing a film. This rental may be catered by your organization to suit your needs. Free coffee is provided by Cocoaplex Cinema for these rentals. Any size auditorium rents for $100 per hour. Our seating capacity is as follows:
Theater #1 = 143 seats
Theater #2 = 82 seats
Theater #3 = 121 seats
Theater #4 = 136 seats
Theater #5 = 80 seats
Theater #6 = 96 seats
Theater #7 = 99 seats
2.) Rentals in which a group or organization would like to view a film are available either prior to opening for the general public or as a midnight viewing. AM rentals are matinee price, and midnight rentals are adult price. The minimum attendance for dark time rentals is 50 people. Any film currently in house is available for private shows. Sorry, we do not ship in past films for rentals. Dark Time shows must be booked with the General Manager two weeks in advance. This rental is not permitted to be catered by an outside source.

A minimum of 50 tickets are to be purchased one business day prior to the rental date in order to confirm the viewing.
